DeepFit Dad (Sunday Jan 23, 2022 - 2pm ET)
Becoming a dad is one of the greatest experiences a man can have.

But it also calls upon us as men to grow in new ways that we're often unprepared to navigate. The transition into fatherhood is emotionally, mentally, professionally, and physically challenging. And often, new dads have no place to reflect on these challenges, ask for honest advice, or find real connection with other dads.

Well, say no more.

If you're a growth-mindset dad who's expecting a kid in the next 9 months or has had a kid in the last few years, join us on Sunday January 2, 2022 at 2pm ET for a very special event.

We'll bring journaling prompts to help you reflect on your journey as a new dad, a community of other new dads who will each be having their own journaling experiences, and a community space for dads to share their reflections and offer each other support and connection.

This event can be as public or as private as you wish it to be - you can stay on mute and keep your camera off, or you can share your reflections with the group through the chat and breakout rooms. All you need to bring is your favorite pen and notebook, a beverage of your choice, and a growth mindset.

This event will offer a special set of prompts to help you:
1. Reflect on why and if you wanted to become a dad
2. Examine your models for fatherhood and masculinity and how they've shaped you
3. Create your own definition of masculinity, and outgrow the "boy psychology" that holds you back
4. Clearly envision the kind of dad you want to be, both at your best and at your worst
5. Reframe even the most challenging parts of becoming a new parent as opportunities for growth
6. Identify routines and habits that can help you become your best self through this transition
7. Make actionable commitments to yourself, your partner, and your children that'll make a lasting impact
