The Host is a single person or a collective group that has made the commitment to host NAUCC in accordance with USA rules and guidelines. The Host is ultimately responsible for the event. This includes forming an organizing committee, selecting and securing venues, and naming Event Directors.
This bid form is a request for as much information as you can provide to assure yourself and the USA Board that you have the information you need to be a Host.
A potential Host may submit their bid via their own document/method. However that method must included all required questions from this form. If not, the bid runs the risk of being dismissed before it moves forward in consideration.
