Private functions, including lunch meetings, will not be scheduled during show hours.

NAFEM reserves the right to control all meeting rooms in the convention center and hotels participating in The NAFEM Show housing block.  Product displays and demonstrations are not permitted in meeting rooms. Activities that conflict with the nature of The NAFEM Show are not permitted.

Please complete the entire form. Upon receipt, NAFEM will forward the information to your selected venue and send you facility contact information so that you may work directly with a representative from that venue. Submit one form for each requested event.

Important Note: NAFEM IS NOT responsible for the coordination or billing of any meeting specifications. You MUST communicate your meeting specification needs directly with the hotel or convention center upon receiving your facility contact information from NAFEM.

Exhibitors and/or others holding private functions during The NAFEM Show are responsible for individual ASCAP/BMI music licensing fees if applicable to the function. Music played and/or performed, whether recorded or live, is not covered under NAFEM's ASCAP/BMI music licensing agreement.
