Bacon Around the Bend 5k 2024: Volunteer Interest Form

Bacon Around the Bend 5k -- Saturday, June 22, 2024 at the Family Justice Center of St. Joseph County: With 500 runners, this event requires many volunteers! The majority of our volunteers help us by providing route assistance to the runners at a dedicated spot along the course. Most volunteers will report to their spots around 7:30 AM and will be done by 9:30 AM. We like to have at least 2-3 volunteers at each dedicated cheering spot and volunteers are encouraged to make it fun (think creative signs, bubbles, music)! All volunteers receive a Bacon Around the Bend 5K shirt to wear. We will also need volunteers to assist with the finish line party at Corby's Irish Pub; volunteers from along the route are welcome to join in on the after-party fun!
