Please use this form to request an appointment for Swim Lesson Level Testing.

A swim test is recommended for all new students except for those entering into a Level 1 - Water Acclimation Stage (Pike or Jellyfish). Swim tests only available on Wednesdays between 1pm-5pm and by appointment only which can be scheduled using this form. A swim test does not guarantee a space in the program. Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. *ADULTS do NOT need to be tested.

Please allow the Aquatics Department a minimum of 3 days to process your request and contact you.
