Dallas Tigers Central tryout registration form. Enter all the required information below. Once you register you are confirmed for the tryout and all you need to do is show up 30 min early on the date to check in and warm up. For all tryout information please refer to our website www.dallastigersbaseball.com. Location: Elite Five Tool Fit Training Academy - 4755 McEwen Rd. Farmers Branch TX 75244
Format: One day open tryout with skill evaluations

NOTE: players will need to be dressed in baseball game attire (i.e. baseball pants, cleats, hat, batting helmet, etc).  Bring baseball equipment.  Arrive 30 minutes prior to your age group time slot for check in. Masks required!
