Program Description
The goals of the IDEA Cohort program are to:

     * Identify and engage diverse voices within the broader nonprofit community
     * Increase access to fundraising training and networking opportunities by removing common barriers
     * Provide networking and mentoring opportunities to Cohort members
     * Empower members to develop, utilize, and share their talents and passion to benefit our community

The program is designed to provide a growth opportunity for those doing fundraising work (paid or volunteer) in our community and who are committed to IDEA principles.

Selection priority will be given to people or  organizations who have been historically excluded from the fundraising field.
