C-FB ISD Out of District / Out of School Student Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in taking at test with Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.

For the 2023-24 school year, our district is transitioning to Digital PSAT and SAT. During this transition CFBISD will be unable to administer the test to students not currently enrolled and issued a district device. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the matter.    

- All registration forms must be complete and submitted to the testing campus at least 20 days prior to test administration.
- Testing approval is contingent upon space and available materials.
- Testers must live within Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD's school boundaries at time of submission.

OOD & OOS testers should arrive at least one hour early to testing and should bring at least two forms of i.d., pencil, calculator (if applicable).
