Course Description:
Most small business owners and managers focus on the company’s Profit and Loss Statement. However, just as important is the company’s Balance Sheet. This workshop will explain the importance of an accurate Balance Sheet and the types of financial information that can be found on the Balance Sheet. Two important financial monitoring tools taken from the Balance Sheet will also be presented that will help small business owners and managers monitor their company’s performance.
