Eric will dissect advanced Orienteering
ideas and how to integrate them into your courses. He draws from 15
years of international racing experience including 12 IOF World
Championships. As a course setter he has organized events across
Canada, most notably in 2022 for the Ottawa O-Fest.

on expert Mike Waddington's "Constructing and Deconstructing
Orienteering Courses"
available here. Expect topics such as: risk and reward, inter-course interactions, in-between places and lines in the terrain. This will be great for not only race organizers, but also Orienteers and Adventure Racers to better understand how events are organized and what the course planning is thinking.
