Fall Cooking Class Sign Up Form
Please use this form to select the JCC cooking enrichment class you would like to sign your child up for. Information on specific classes are listed on our Website and include descriptions, dates, times and pricing information. Upon enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email along with a Stripe link, our secure payment processor, to remit payment. You must submit this form and use the payment link to secure your spot in the class. Please note that if the class you are looking for is not listed, the class is full and please reach out to matt@phillyjcc.com with the class name to be added to the waitlist.
