ePortal - Attorney Access Request Form

Attorneys are entitled to remote case access pursuant to CRC 2.519. Please fill out ALL of the fields below to receive Attorney Access to your existing court case(s) on ePortal.

If the information you provide is not accurate you will not receive an email granting Attorney Access. You will have an opportunity to edit your response after it has been submitted.

If your request is approved, you will receive a case access invitation link per case. Please click each invitation link within 24 hours. If the link expires, submit a new request.

NOTE: You do NOT need to sign in to Google below to complete this form. It does not matter if you are signed in to a Google account or not, the Court does not collect or is able to view this information.
