I agree to the following rules/regulations of Tree Hugger Trail Run: *ALL boxes MUST be checked to submit application. *

I understand that this is an application to vend and that applying does not mean I will automatically be accepted. I also understand that if my application is accepted, I will receive an invoice via email, which must be paid before my spot is confirmed.

I understand that all items for sale MUST be family friendly, that weapons or items of a political nature are not permitted, and the Goodell Gardens & Homestead staff reserves the right to request items be removed from my vending space at their discretion. If I fail to follow this request, I may be asked to leave and may not be invited to vend another event at Goodell Gardens & Homestead. Further, I understand that I am not permitted to sell food items without a license from the Erie County Department of Health, and will provide a copy of my license upon request.

Vendors are responsible for their own exhibit and keeping their exhibit area clean and free from safety hazards as well as leaving the space free of garbage and debris at the end of the event.

I understand that Goodell Gardens and Homestead and/or its staff shall not be responsible for any loss or injury that may arise or come to the exhibitor/vendor or his goods from any cause whatsoever while said premises are being occupied by exhibitor/vendor under this agreement.

I understand that, unless I've been approved for a covered space, Goodell Gardens and Homestead and/or its staff will not provide me with a tent, and that I will need to provide my own table, tent, and chair. And that my tent must be staked in or otherwise weighted at all times.

I also acknowledge I have read all the conditions and regulations for application and acceptance. If my work does not conform to the regulations or if I violate any of the Harvest Festival regulations put forth, I understand that Goodell Gardens reserves the right to request removal of objectionable items or to terminate my reservation. My signature below indicates that I am an authorized representative for the exhibitor listed on this application.
