Interest Form for Drop in Hourly Care for SPSCC Employees

Serendipity Children's Center is partnering with SPSCC to offer drop in hourly care for their employees. Parents will be able to sign up for 2 hour time slots (up to 4 hours per day). We are looking at offering this care from 7 am to 3 pm daily. We will be helping children with their school work, accessing online resources for learning, art activities, games and social interactions and activities. Children will need to have their temperature taken upon arrival as well as answering wellness questions and will have to wear a mask the entire time they are there. Parents will need to provide meals/snacks for while they are in care. Children will need to bring the technology (and login information) needed for them to be able to participate in distance learning.
