Please note, this is a drive-thru parade.  All entries must be stationary.  The community will drive through to view entries in place, and entries must remain in place for the entire duration of the parade. Please consider this when making plans as you will not be able to move around once in place. Space is limited and the Altavista Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse or turn down any entries deemed unfit for this event. Horses and other animals will not be permitted.

ALL ENTRIES including vehicles MUST BE decorated and lit up. It will be dark during this event, so all entries must be lit with lights using battery or generator power. Please refrain from using loud generators and instead consider and alternate power source or inverter-type generator. On-site power will be available on a first-come first-serve basis but is not guaranteed.
