Date: Sunday, Sept 15, 2019, from 9am to 5pm ▪ Location: Artscape Wychwood Barns, indoor and outdoors ▪ 601 Christie St, Toronto, ON M6G 4C7 ▪ Rain or Shine.

The Toronto Garlic Festival features Ontario grown garlic, garlic inspired dishes prepared by local chefs, beer and wine,  and crafts made in Ontario, plus workshops and presentations, live music, cooking demonstrations, film screenings and contests.

INGREDIENT SOURCES: Any food for sale or sample, including  but not limited to beverages, oil, jelly, kombucha, ready-to-eat or takeaway, that includes garlic, it MUST be Ontario-grown garlic.  It cannot be imported garlic. At least one of your food products for sale at the Festival must include garlic.

APPLICATION: Completing a food application does not guarantee a spot. Because this is a curated event with limited space we cannot confirm a spot for all applicants. We will reply to your application within 14 business days. Approved applicants are required to sign a vendor contract, submit proof of insurance and a health department form, pay their vendor fee, and provide their company info, logo and/or photo for their post in the Festival website. Your application details will be emailed to you. Help us preserve the integrity of the festival: Answer all questions accurately.

The Toronto Garlic Festival is an Ontario not-for-profit corporation, focused on raising awareness of and interest in Ontario produce, including garlic grown in Ontario. This includes garlic used as an ingredient in value-add products. All revenue goes to the operation of the festival including venue rental, administration and advertising costs.

Indoors - 10' wide x 6' deep (305 x 183cm) Fee: $180.00
Indoors - 5' wide x 6' deep (153 x 183cm) Fee: $90.00
Outdoors - 10' wide x 10' deep (305 x 305cm) Fee: $200.00

ELECTRICITY: There are a limited number of electrical outlets at this venue.  If possible, avoid the need for electrical appliances. If you  require electricity let us know in this vendor application. Otherwise you will not necessarily be able to access electricity at the event.

GAS HEAT. Butane burners may be used indoors. Propane and other types of gas burners may not be used indoors.
