Register a young person aged 10 - 18 years old ( 8 - 16 years old for Summer Game Time participants) here for:

- GAME TIME
- Career Mentoring
- Mentoring Clubs
- 1:1 Mentoring

NOTE: If you are 18 - 25 years old, you can complete this registration without parent consent.

Parents and guardians completing this form must be over 18 years old.

Professionals referring a young person must provide contact details.

We will contact each parent, guardian or referrer to ensure details provided are correct.
