ESage Summer 2020 - COVID-19 Update

Your family's safety is our number one priority. Please review the following. Check to agree to each statement and sign at the bottom to indicate you have read and agree to ESage's Summer 2020 COVID-19 Policies.

I understand that Idaho must be in Stage 3 of Idaho Rebounds in order for ESage to operate. If at any time Idaho re-enters Stage 2, or a Stay at Home Order is issued, ESage will close.

I understand a full-time (Monday - Friday) OR part-time (minimum 3 day/week) AND full-summer (June 15 - August 7) schedule is required for Summer 2020 ESage. ESage is requiring minimum 3 day/week enrollment to decrease the exposure pool. A group of the same 15 students and 2 teachers each day has far less potential for exposure than a group of up to 70 kids daily where we actually have 90 different kids in and out during the week.

I understand that tuition is billed per month at a rate of $175/5 days, $155/4 days, $125/3 days week for 8 weeks. The total cost for Summer 2020 Tuition is $1,400 for full time students.

I understand that Summer 2020 ESage Hours of Operation are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

I understand that drop-off and pick-up will be limited to 20 minutes. I agree to drop off my student(s) between the hours of 8:30 am - 8:50 am. I agree to pick up my student(s) between the hours of 5:10pm - 5:30 pm.

I understand that a daily health screening will be part of drop-off procedures. I understand that my child(ren) may be turned away from ESage for one or more days in the event that they do not pass the health screen. ESage will provide prompt follow-up instructions in this case.

I agree to stay in my vehicle at drop-off and pick up. I understand my child(ren) will need to arrive at ESage with a mask on during drop off.

I agree to send my child(ren) with a mask daily. After drop off, children will not be required to wear masks while on campus as long as they are with their limited enrichment group of 15 students and 2 staff.

I understand DAILY field trips will not be a part of Summer 2020 ESage. ESage will provide on-campus enrichment and outdoor play opportunities. ESage will evaluate potential field trips as organizations within our community open up.

I understand masks will be required for any and all off-campus field trips where interaction with community members outside my child(ren)'s enrichment group is expected.

I understand ESage is working with CDC and Central District Health Department guidance and has enhanced cleaning and sanitization practices in place. Staff will disinfect tables, chairs, toys/materials, and all high-touch areas daily.

I understand that each enrichment group will have a separate drop-off/pick-up area, indoor space, lunch space, and bathroom. Siblings will be grouped in the same enrichment group.

I understand if ESage has a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case, ESage may have to temporarily close my child(ren)'s enrichment group and/or the whole program. In this case, tuition will be credited and prompt follow up instructions will be given.

I agree to promptly inform ESage administration if my child or another household member is being tested for or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
