Marsalis Campus (Middle) Voluntary Directory and Room Parent Interest Form 2022-2023
Please submit information here if you are interested in participating in a voluntary contact list created to facilitate homeroom/grade level communication. Within the form, there is a chance to indicate any interest in being a room parent or assistant room parent.

Upon form submission, you are acknowledging / agreeing to the following regarding this voluntary list:
  • Its primary purposes are to facilitate communication and share volunteer and teacher gifting opportunities.
  • It is not to be used for business or promotional use. It should not be shared out outside of the Willow parent community and is for use only by us and intended only for classroom/school support.
  • It is created voluntarily by parents and will be shared only with room parents and grade level ambassadors.
  • Though its creation and use is approved by Willow Administration, this list will not be used for any official Willow communication. 
  • Your participation is voluntary.

Due to strict state privacy laws designed to protect our families, Willow does not currently have a whole-school directory. This form will be open for responses through the end of September.
