Enrollment Assistant Employment Application
Purpose of Job:
Serve as administrative support for the Post-traditional Admissions team. The Enrollment Assistant must be a self-starter with superior phone skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities, and be results driven. Additionally, the Enrollment Assistant is responsible for handling discreet and confidential information and providing high quality customer service to internal customers (University staff, faculty, and students) and external customers (prospective students and others who visit the University).
Responsibilities include:
- Communication using e-mail, reports and web-based resources (Salesforce).
- Create or modify documents using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) or Google applications.
- Cover the front desk when needed by answering phones and greeting guests.
- Assist with coordinating meetings and special events.
- Other duties as assigned.
We're looking for a student that is:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn Google Drive
- Able to solve problems and multi-task
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Able to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
- Able to keep student information confidential
- Able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours/week. Hours can vary, but typically include 4-12 hours a week (can increase to 20 hours in busy seasons), between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:30 pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday. Please note that evening hours after 5:15 pm require a car as the campus shuttle does not run after 5:15 pm.
