SCHOOL LEADER SURVEY 2021- ART 4ORMS FOUNDATION
Many public schools today are cutting back or completely eliminating their art programs. This leaves primarily our public school students, particularly students of color, at a disadvantage of receiving a well-rounded comprehensive education.

ART 4ORMS FOUNDATION exist to build and sustain generational access to art education for public school students. ART 4ORMS FOUNDATION will utilize art education to expand career pathways and dismantle historical disadvantages placed on communities of color.

Survey results will help ART 4ORMS FOUNDATION build and create key programmatic components to carry out the vision of the program. Thank you in advance for taking time out of your day to complete this survey.
