Thank you for your interest in our mentoring program "Level Up!" Leadership. In order to be considered for one of our 12 seats on the program, please fill out our application form. Application deadline is October 31, 2022. However, we are processing applications on a rolling basis, so please submit your application as early as possible.

The participants for the next edition are selected based on the following criteria:

- solid experience in product management (3+ years)
- fit to our target group, diversity of the group,
- proven track record of continuous learning,
- passion for product management and motivation for this high-paced program.

That is why we highly encourage you to send in a video answer to the questions below or to write more than just one or two sentences when answering the questions :) Among all qualified applicants, we are going to give precedence to female applicants in order to foster diversity in tech.

We will let you know about 3-4 weeks after your application (latest by November 30, 2022) whether you have been selected for the program.
