This registration form is for the Mount Pearl Open.  This tournament is open to anyone.

The cost for the tournament is $20 for any number of events.  Money is due to the club house, before your first match.

Rules
1. Consolation rounds will be played as weather permits.
2. Tournament matches will follow the Tennis Canada 2 rule book.
3. Players having time restrictions shall note them on this entry form, otherwise it is understood that players are fully committed to playing at all times. Best effort will be made to accommodate players but no guarantees that all times can be accommodated.

Entry Deadline: Wednesday July 24th at 5:00pm.

Draw Date: Thursday July 25 at 6:00pm.

Players are asked to call the club on Thursday evening to find out match times. Our telephone number is 748-1014. Draws and schedule will be posted on the website at https://tennismountpearl.ca
