Please report time in Chamorro Standard Time (ChST). For Palau add 1 hour to the event time,  Pohnpei and Kosrae subtract 1 hour from the event time, and RMI subtract 2 hours from the event time if local time was used. Yap and Chuuk do not need to change their event time.
