Camp LJCC's CIT program is designed to teach leadership skills to rising 9th and 10th graders while training them to be standout counselors in the years to come. CITs will split their time between working with camper groups, and training alongside their fellow CITs in areas such as leadership, camp programming, counseling, and community service. The CIT program is designed to be a transitional summer between camper and staff, allowing these lucky hand selected teens to have fun while challenging themselves and gaining valuable life experience.
