BEFORE YOU START...
Please note that we require Official Music Videos to have a corresponding audio track on an existing release (as part of an album or single).  If the song has not yet been set up for a release on the Kudos Label Portal, you must do that first.  (You need to do this even if you do not intend to release an audio version but your account manager may need to advise you on how to handle this correctly).  You will be asked for the audio ISRC later in this form and this should match the one entered on the portal.
