Hey CLC Family,
For Easter this year, we want to create space to pause and reflect on the profound story of Jesus' journey to (and from) the cross. Not only do we want to reflect on this story, but we want to realize the beautiful implications of this story for our lives today. We're excited to be able to dedicate some time and space for our church family to be able to do just that (and we want to invite you to partake in the preparations of this journey)!
We're looking to partner with community groups, families, or individuals who might be interested in setting up one of our 10 stations. Using the form below, you can learn more about each station, what set-up for that station entails, and then you can claim a station to set-up. As the stations are claimed, we will do our best to update this form to reflect what is still available.
As you are considering signing up, please make note of the important details below.
SET-UP & TEAR DOWN DATES & TIMES: The sanctuary will be open at the following times for groups to come set-up and tear down their station. Due to sanctuary usage, these are the only times we can create for set-up and tear down so please make sure that these work for you before selecting a station!
SET-UP TIMES:
- Sunday, April 10th from 11AM to 8PM
- Monday, April 11th from 12PM to 8PM
TEAR-DOWN TIMES:
- Saturday, April 16th from 2PM to 8PM
Here is a document that details each station! Feel free to check it out to learn more about what each station entails:

- STATION SET-UP: Below we provide details for each of our 10 stations. Included in each station is a passage to be read, a reflective reading, and a tactile object to help people engage and reflect. We ask that you provide the items for each station. We also invite you to take liberty to make this station as engaging as possible, but we ask that you do your best to stick to the topic that your station is covering. You, however, are invited to exercise some creative liberty in the set-up process!
- LOCATIONS: a map of the sanctuary (including station locations) is included below. Please reference it so that you know where to put your station!
- WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE: we will provide the printed materials (reflective readings), Bibles, the tables, and (of course) the space.
