USD469 - Late Start/Early Release Proposal
Lansing School District is looking at the possibility of doing a district wide late start or early release beginning the 2020-2021 school year.  This would entail starting school one hour later or releasing one hour early one day a week (day TBD).  Transportation would run an hour late or early. Lansing High School currently does a late start on a Thursday for additional collaboration time for teachers.  Late start or early release would not pertain to Early Childhood, PreK or New Beginnings.  We are asking for parent input to help us plan logistically to best serve our community.

Late Start-    I would be able to adjust my schedule one day a week to get my child on the bus or drop him/her off at their designated school an hour later than normal.
