2022 Virtual Toronto Plush Toy Show: Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in the Toronto Plush Toy Show (PTS)! This is a virtual event, dates TBA.

Details:

1. Please fill out this form and submit by deadline. [Deadline TBA]
Due to the high volume of submissions, we have limited spots available. Every applicant will be contacted by email within 1-2 weeks after the above deadline.

2. IF ACCEPTED: You will receive an invoice for your vendor fee. Once we receive your payment, you will be listed as an official vendor on our website (torontoplushtoyshow.com). Shortly after, vendors will be assigned a specific day to be featured on our Instagram (post, stories), Facebook (post, event page and stories) and Twitter.

It is not required, but we highly suggest offering an enticing promotion to effectively maximize your audience reach. A few examples are: 25% off your entire purchase, or BOGO (buy one get one). You can run your promo for as long as you'd like, as long as it is active on your assigned date. Will you be offering a show special? *
You will need to provide a high resolution SQUARE PRODUCT PHOTO (minimum 1000px by 1000px in JPG or PNG format), If accepted, we will be using this photo on our platforms, including our website.
The vendor fee is $25 + HST to help us cover website costs and support our staff who are working hard behind the scenes! We are also accepting additional Pay What You Can (PWYC) donations. If you would like to donate a PWYC amount not listed, please ensure it is more than $28.25 ($25 + 13% HST).  All amounts are in CAD. How much would you like to contribute for your vendor fee? *
