By answering these questions you are aware that Nickol Sullivan-Santos, REMEDY RANCH RESCUE, the property of 98 County RD. 307, Floresville, TX 78114, and any REMEDY RANCH RESCUE associate is not liable for any damages done to self, personal property, or vehicular property yours or others. You are entering into a property that has equines and livestock that come from various backgrounds which are unknown to us. When you enter into the property you are aware there is a risk of harm from any animal on the property and you are signing away any legal action you may take from any harm physical or mental that could occur. YOU and/or anyone else will not seek any legal, medical, or any form on repayment of compensation from individuals listed above, any of our respective agents, employees, volunteers, affiliated organizations, promoters, other participants, operators, sponsors, advertisers, volunteers of premises used to conduct the recue work and associated employees from all liability to the VOLUNTEER, his/her legal guardian, personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, and next of kin for all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of REMEDY RANCH RESCUE or otherwise.

***PDVR (Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue) Satellite Adoption Center***
I hereby agree to release the Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue from any and all liability related to working with animals on the rescue facility or  Satellite Adoption Centers. I understand that working on a ranch and being around large, hoofed animals can be dangerous and that extra care should be taken to prevent personal injury. I give Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue, or Satellite Adoption Centers, my permission to seek any necessary medical attention in the event of an emergency and I will assume full financial responsibility for that treatment.

As a volunteer, I expressly agree that this RELEASE is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Texas and that this RELEASE shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this RELEASE is deemed invalid, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this RELEASE shall not be affected. By signing below, I express my understanding and intent to enter into this RELEASE and Waiver of Liability willingly and voluntarily.
