3. Shuttle requests are NOT CONFIRMED without valid credit card information! This form is a request and transportation is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation. Please call us at 970-728-8838 to provide credit card information to secure a reservation.
4. Once shuttle requests are processed, you will receive a receipt of payment from My Telluride Vacation and a transportation confirmation from our concierge, concierge@latitude38vacationrentals.com.
