Your child and their friends get to enjoy Gym time with qualified instructors that can mix fun and learning in a safe environment.
The party begins with some stretching in order to prevent injury, then moves on to a circuit of virtually all the equipment set up on the floor exercise mat. From there the children are split into groups depending on the number of participants (so there is less waiting in line and more fun). The groups use the foam pit and trampoline. Then we wrap it all up with fun parachute games.
The gym provides gymnastics instruction, and a goodie bag.
Silks parties will not use gymnastics equipment, these parties will only use the silks.
