"Mocking Manakin!" Entry Form
In this virtual event, we invite students and professionals to take part in a competition imitating vocalizations and behaviors of different birds. Complete instructions are available on the NAOC website at: https://naocbirds.org/mocking-manakin/. Performances can be individual or in groups.

Each NAOC attendant will be able to vote online for his/her favorite imitation. The videos with the most votes will be invited to repeat their performances live (online) during the closing ceremony on August 15th, when the winner will be announced and they will receive special prizes! You can upload your videos until 9th of August (20:00 hs Eastern Time). All performances are welcome; what matters is having fun, interacting, and celebrating our fascination with birds!

En este evento virtual invitamos a estudiantes y profesionales a participar de esta competencia virtual imitando vocalizaciones y comportamientos de diferentes aves. Las instrucciones completas están disponibles en el sitio web de NAOC: https://naocbirds.org/mocking-manakin/. Las presentaciones pueden ser individuales o grupales.

Cada participante de NAOC va a poder votar online por su imitación favorita. Los videos más votados serán invitados a repetir sus actuaciones en vivo (online) durante la ceremonia de cierre el 15 de Agosto, donde se anunciarán los ganadores que recibirán premios especiales! Podrá enviar sus videos hasta el día 9 de Agosto (20:00 hs EDT). Todas las imitaciones son bienvenidas, lo importante será divertirnos, interactuar y celebrar nuestra fascinación por las aves.
