We believe in collaborative, caring partnerships where we help each other grow. If you would like to share your information pro-actively, we can be sure that when a referral comes in from you (yay, thank you!) that we provide you with the $250 referral right away.

For day retreats, hikes, and adventures that are under $1,000, a 10% referral stipend is provided.

We each own our own practices, curriculum, and expertise within our own businesses and we share profits and benefits of being a team within Roam Your Soul. We each get paid our established rates for our services when we facilitate workshops, trainings, and experiences and the profits beyond our payouts for services for the event is ours to split and share (or we can choose to share the profits back into the business to continue to help it grow).
