Treasure Hunting for Sites
This is a form to log sites that you are aware of that might host an SCA event. This will create a long-list for our Principality's seneschals to review and short-list for activities.

Please note that this is a crowdsourcing exercise, so the more information you can provide, the less of a burden our teams will face. 

Note also, for GDPR reasons, we are asking that any contact details added must ALREADY have been publicly accessible. 

The answer boxes are mostly long-form, so detail is encouraged.

What accessibility measures are on-site? Is the site accessible? (Does the website mention accessibility issues? e.g. ramps, steep steps, lifts, accessible bedrooms, toilets, wet-rooms/adapted showers, etc. More detail the better as the Accessibility Team will be reviewing)
What is the nearest public transport? (Name of rail station or if only a bus stop mention bus stop only)
How much does hiring the venue cost? If unknown, write unknown. If the pricing structure is complex, please describe.
Date of retrieval of cost data (this is either when you got a quote, or saw the cost on the venue website. This allows us to see how old the pricing is)
