Please fill out one form for each child. All fields on the order form must be filled out to submit the order. Choose Breakfast (KES only $1.90) Milk included, ONE entree' per day ($3.25)Milk Included, and Milk only (.50cents) . Please make your submissions before the month starts. Cut off date will be by the 15th of each month, so that a new form for the next month can be submitted.
   We encourage you to fill out a Free & Reduced application if you feel you may be eligible for the National School Lunch Program. This will ensure your child will receive meals up until 30-days into the next school year. Also it helps with other funding that the school could receive based on the number of children participating in the program. Every dollar helps with the education of your children.
