Please select the day and time that best fits your schedule.  Once we receive this form back from you, you will receive an email from Roberto Peguero with your permission number so that you can go and register for the course.  If you are a Freshman Student, you must meet with your academic advisor, who will help you register for the course.  Be on the lookout for that email with your permission number.
