Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Holiday Market Pop Ups inside the Rockford City Market building! The holiday markets will be held on Small Business Saturday, November 30th , from 2pm-9pm (during Stroll on State) as well as on December 14th from 10am-2p. These Pop Up markets are for local vendors or retailers offering holiday or gift items. Acceptance will be decided by committee vote - applications will be looked at on a first come, first serve basis and booth fees will be due upon approval.
Dates: November 30th, 2pm-9pm (APPLICATION NOW CLOSED FOR NOV. 30) and December 14th, 10am-2pm (Vendors can apply for either or both markets)
Fees: $50 per space on November 30 or $40 per space on December 14th
Fees for all vendors are due once application is approved
Anyone wishing to become a vendor must submit this completed application and be selected through a committee approval process. A complete application includes
(1) A filled out and signed application
(2) Photos of the product, booth, and set-up which can be mailed with the application or emailed to
rockfordcitymarket@rrdp.org. (Vendors who participated in a 2019 market with us will not need to submit pictures.)
(3) Agreement to pay booth fee on acceptance
(4) Signed Contract.
To ensure a wide variety of goods at the market, the number of vendors in each category may be limited.
