1. Upon receipt of your Order Request Form, we will send a PDF invoice with payment details to your preferred email within 2 to 3 working days.
2. Should you have any other queries or require further customization of items, please indicate them in the 'Other Comments or Requests' section at the end of this form. We will get back to you before the order is confirmed.
3 (i) Please note that for the Roasted Rib Eye and Lemon Orange Baked Salmon, we will only be able to provide you with the actual cost and weight once we receive the
product. The prices indicated are based on approximate weight.
(ii) For orders that include the Roasted Rib Eye and Lemon Orange Baked Salmon, you have the option of paying a deposit first and the rest of the payment upon confirmation of the weight of the above mentioned items.
4. Payment Information
Below $300 - Full payment required (unless the order includes the Rib Eye or Salmon).
Above $300 - Minimum 50% deposit or full payment required for order confirmation.

5. Pick Up / Delivery Information
(i) Please note that we will get back to you to confirm availability of your requested pick up
/ delivery time.
(ii) The minimum order for delivery is $600. We provide complimentary deliveries subject to our delivery schedule availability.
