Confimation of Review of Concussion Awareness Resource (Swimmers under 26 years)
Under Rowan’s Law, Masters Swimming Ontario and your club must ask you to confirm that you reviewed one of the Concussion Awareness Resources on the Government of Ontario’s website BEFORE you can register/participate in our sport (see links below).
The resources include a list of common signs and symptoms of a concussion. It also provides access to a BOOKLET for you to review.

)
You must review one of the resources once a year, and then confirm that you have completed the review. Retain a copy of this confirmation form and use it in the event that you register with more than one club or more than one sport.
