Stall Holder Application Form 2024
On the 7th of July, the Cally Festival returns to Caledonian Road and we're lining up a party like no other! We'll feature 11 stages of activities and music, and over 40 stalls offering an amazing choice of food, drink and gifts, plus information from community groups and local services.

Stalls are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Completing this form does not guarantee you a stall at the festival, as there are a limited number of stalls available.

When you have completed the form, please submit the following documents by email to callyfestivalmarket@gmail.com:

Public liability insurance
Street trading licence (if you have one)
Food hygiene certificate (if supplying food)
PAT test certification for all electrical applicances, including generators (if applicable)

Once you have completed this application form and submitted your supporting documents, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful.

Do you require a 7’ by 3’ (approx.) canopied market stall? If not, please describe below what kind of stall you will be setting up, and please note that all gazebos will have to be properly set up and weighted or they will not be allowed on site.

The Small Print
Cally Festival is sponsored by Islington Council and hosted through Islington Play Association. You will be expected to be able to set up and take down your pitch in the allocated time slots (for arrival and departure) and follow the site plan and directions of the festival organisers and the stewards. This is for your safety and the smooth running of the event. You will be required to undertake a risk assessment for your stall on the day which we will help you with. Unless stated otherwise, all stall holders will be expected to be fully insured. If you need to cancel for any reason please give as much notice as possible. Fees will not be refunded for cancellations made on or after 7th June 2024. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the festival in extreme circumstances and stall holders are expected to check the festival website (www.thecallyfestival.co.uk) before setting off.

Your application is not valid without the submission of the required supporting documents detailed at the top of this form.

If your application is successful, we will be in touch. Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received payment.
