  • ATTENTION: If you are a Food Vendor, please register here. 
  • ATTENTION: If you are a Non-Profit Vendor, please register here. 
  • ATTENTION: If you are a Commercial Vendor, please register here.
  • ATTENTION: If you are a BBQ Cook-off Team, please register here. 
  • We may limit the amount of vendors within the same industry. 
  • Vendors will receive free admission to the festival. 
  • Tent, Table, and Chairs are not provided, unless stated otherwise.  
  • Further instructions will be communicated via email
  • Booths must be set up by 3 P.M. on Friday, May 5, 2023 and can not be removed until Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 12 A.M. 
Spots are not reserved until the entry fee of $150 is paid via PayPal to leaguecitylions@gmail.com
