The intention behind this board is to try and match physicians looking to rent office space with physicians looking to advertise office space in a way that doesn't depend on Facebook algorithms and the right people seeing the right post. Will be listed at physiciansidegigs.com/privatepractice and mentioned on the group on relevant posts to the best of our ability; you may also direct people to the listing on our website on relevant discussions if you are an advertiser.

More details for those who want them:

We have a large percentage of US physicians on our platform, so many people see it as an obvious place to post or look for office space vacancies, as evidenced by the number of submitted posts about it. Unfortunately, 1) We don't want the groups to turn into a bulletin board and 2) the way that Facebook algorithms work, it's unlikely to be successful in finding matches because only a small percentage of people on the group see each post

The intention here is to create a match system where we can facilitate connections in an affordable way that also allows us to dedicate bandwidth to it. This is a pilot test, and we don't know if it will be sustainable in terms of effort on our side. If and how we do this is subject to change.

We will not be involved in any communication between the two parties beyond the advertisement of the position. The amount we charge for this service means that it is mission oriented - you may not use this form to seek people for any purpose beyond finding someone to occupy your own office space. You can not use it on behalf of a real estate company or a property you do not personally own or lease. We reserve the right to deny any listing for any reason whatsoever, especially if it isn't deemed to be consistent with our intention behind setting up this service. You may not contact physicians you are connected to via this process for anything other than the office space that you had advertised. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry for any reason whatsoever.

We do offer partnerships for those looking to connect with physicians for other reasons, provided that it is deemed to be a win-win for everyone involved (this will be determined at our sole discretion and in accordance with our bandwidth). I attest that I am only using this form to find a fellow physician to sublease from me. There is no other incentive involved in this, and I agree that any contact information given to me by those interested in our office space will not be used for any other purpose. I understand the rules outlined on this form.

The current cost to advertise an office space is $300 for a 90-day listing. After this time, the listing will be taken down unless you notify us 10 days before the post is set to expire. If you wish to extend the listing, the fee is $50/month after. This is subject to change based on feasibility/demand. Is this acceptable? An invoice will be emailed to you for your accounting records, if needed for tax deduction purposes as applicable. (Please note we are not bargaining on this as we don't have the bandwidth to do it below this cost at the moment.)

Your use of this form is voluntary. We are piloting this as a service to members on both the leasing and subletting sides, but we reserve the right to change and/or discontinue these services at any time and for any reason. We do not write the listings. As such, we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of office space information provided, compliance with subletting practices, or any future correspondence or agreements you have as a result of the introductions forged.

You are responsible for gathering your own information prior to signing an agreement related to any opportunity you find through this introduction. You understand that we can not guarantee that anyone will contact you as a result of this listing. You understand that we charge you a fee that reflects our time getting involved and curating the audience who may see your posting.

You also agree not to attempt to profit from this service aside from securing a physician for your office space. In general, we do not allow bulk advertising of owned properties, though we may make an exception on a case-by-case basis. You may not use the information provided to you to solicit others to use, invest in, or otherwise profit from competing products, services, or companies. You may not use this office space posting on behalf of a organization or company that profits from physicians in any other way.

We reserve the right to refuse any posting for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to lack of bandwidth, lack of adequate compensation, lack of good faith between the two parties, or a posting which does not fit the intended spirit of this service.

If you pay for this service and the submitted office space description does not match that submitted here, we reserve the right to not post the listing. No money will be refunded in this case. Any disagreements related to this agreement will be arbitrated or litigated in Mecklenberg County, Charlotte, NC.
