Do you agree with*: Despatch filled registration means agreement for: consent to processing participant's personal data, including image by the European Meeting Centre - Nowy Staw Foundation as required by the recruiting process according to the Polish law of August 29, 1997 on protection of personal data (Dz.U.Nr133poz.833). Any time applicant have the right to inspect and change one's data.receiving via Internet all information about the Forum from the European Meeting Centre - Nowy Staw Foundation (according to the Polish law of July 18, 2002 on providing services via Internet (Dz. U. Nr 144 poz. 1204). Any time applicant can change the agreement. *
Do do accept the Information clause?According to article 13 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we kindly inform that the administrator of your personal data is European Meeting Centre — Nowy Staw Foundation, 3 Maja 18/5A street, 20-078 Lublin, Poland. The Data Protection Officer Andrzej Skórski was appointed to supervise the correctness of processing your personal data who you can contact with by e-mail: forum@forum-leaders.eu or by post to the address of the data administrator (above). Your personal data are processed for the purpose of proper organization and implementation of the 17th Economic Forum of Young Leaders. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, however, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the compliance of the processing which has already been made on its basis before the withdrawal of consent. Your personal data will be processed until you deliberately withdraw your consent to data processing in the registration process. Your personal data will be kept throughout the Forum organization period in the current year and in the following years for informational purposes. The collected date will not be shared with any external entity, except as provided by law or for accommodation purposes in agreed situations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, transfer and restrict processing of your personal data, as well as to file a complaint to the UODO supervisory authority (Office for the Protection of Personal Data). Lack of consent to the processing of your personal data may prevent the realization of the purpose of processing, that is your participation in the Forum. Your data will not by processed automatically, including data profiling, and will not leave the European Economic Area. *

1.  Rekrutacja trwa do 31 lipca 2022
2. Uczestnictwo w Forum jest płatne.
 3. Zapewniamy zakwaterowanie (dwa noclegi: środa-czwartek; czwartek-piątek;) oraz wyżywienie.
 4. Nie zwracamy kosztów podróży.
5. Warunkiem przyjęcia formularza zgłoszeniowego jest wysłanie zdjęcia do identyfikatora na adres: forum@forum-leaders.eu (Zdjęcie paszportowe, z widoczną całą twarzą, rozmiar: 200x280, kolor 24-bit, JPG. Nazwij plik swoim imieniem i nazwiskiem. )
6. Liczba miejsc jest ograniczona, Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wybrania zakwalifikowanych kandydatów spośród listy zgłoszeń.  

1. Recruitment is open until July 31, 2022
2. Participation in the Forum is paid.
 3. We provide accommodation (two nights: Wednesday-Thursday; Thursday-Friday;) and meals.
 4. We do not refund travel expenses.
5. The condition for accepting the application form is sending a photo needed for an ID to the following address: forum@forum-leaders.eu (Passport photo, with the whole face visible, size: 200x280, 24-bit color, JPEG. Name the file with your name and surname.)
6. The number of places is limited, the Organizer reserves the right to select qualified candidates from the list of applications.

2. Участь у Форумі оплачується.
 3. Забезпечуємо проживання (дві ночі: середа-четвер; четвер-п'ятниця;) та харчування.
 4. Ми не повертаємо витрати на відрядження.
5. Умовою для прийняття анкети є надсилання фотографії посвідчення особи за адресою: forum@forum-leaders.eu (фото на паспорт, видно анфас, розмір: 200x280, 24-бітовий колір, JPEG. Назвіть файл з ваше ім'я та прізвище.)
6. 6. Кількість місць обмежена, Організатор залишає за собою право відібрати кваліфікованих кандидатів зі списку заявок.
