Plant the seeds of your highest vision for yourself, and the world 🌎 We will then create the vessel to receive it by shedding blockages around voice and aligning with our natural expression, through intentional connection with nature's patterns and sound geometry.
You can imagine your body to be like a flute; when we have a free flow of air (trust) and support of our muscles (+confidence), we generally have a more grounded, truthful and powerful expression in our voice, which will be felt by you and those around you listening.
This voice liberation journey will help you OPEN this inner flute, through specific sounds, mantra and breathing exercises, generally making us feel more supported by our true nature, that is ultimately, free, CREATIVE and expressive.
True power flourishes within a united community actively engaged in doing the inner work together.

4- WEEK VOICE ACTIVATION COURSE INCLUDES:
- Weekly gathering (2 hour sessions, total of 8 hours)
- Practical tips and tools to support your singing voice (weekly 'homework
- The inner - voice and the voice as an expression are intrinsically linked.
You will be presented with questions and journalling exercises to guide you through the inner - and outer - awakening of your true voice.
- New Moon & Full Moon connections/rituals and sounding practices
- You will be supported by a community. There is a chance for you to share your process (through voice messages) in a common chat.

About Reachel:
Reachel has studied breath-work & speech therapy, singing and children's education. With this knowledge she began her journey as a nomadic teacher & singer-songwriter, travelling, teaching and singing for many years. In Portugal her vocal journey unfolded in hosting kirtans, healing circles & singing mantra's.
As a voice coach she teaches healing through voice activation classes with her own designed program to help people find their true authentic expression and connection with the divine essence.
