Hey Rockers, we can't wait to rock out with you this year!  Please fill out the form below to sign up for a Rock U. band.  Please select as many band choices as you can to help us put you in the right band.  Once we receive your enrollment, we'll contact you within a few days to offer you a band assignment.  No payment is due until Rock U. and the student agree on a band.  Please fill out a separate form for each rocker!
