I do hereby authorize The Borough of Rumson and Rumson Recreation and its staff to utilize any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of my home, the participants, myself or anyone I am a guardian for, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films.

By selecting the below you agree to the above terms and conditions for The Borough of Rumson and Rumson Recreation and how they apply to participation in events, programs and usage of facilities.
