We are back with another interesting clinic for you! This time we invited our partners at Fysio Vitaal to give you guys a clinic on injury prevention. As we are all hopefully heading back to the gym soon and will work on getting back our gains. Injury prevention not only helps keeping you safe, but also helps you achieve your training goals! The clinic will be hosted online on the 20th of January at 19:00.
