Thank you for taking the time to register your son/daughter for the Covid-19 provision at the Romsey School. At present, the school is open for the following students:

- Children of Key Workers
- Children with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs)*
- Children of families who are open to the Early Help Hub (EHH)*
- Children who are on a Child in Need (CIN) or Child Protection (CP) plan*

If you fit one of the categories above that have a (*) by them, you DO NOT need to complete this form as you have already been automatically registered and should be receiving an email from Mr Bettiss every week offering you the chance to book your child in the following week. Please contact him at abettiss@romsey.hants.sch.uk if this is not the case.

If you are a Key Worker please proceed with completing this form. You will also need to complete a form for each child you wish to send to school.
