Friday Night Ski Club 2020
Our ski club has once again organized ski/snowboard trips for ECS, The Study and Selwyn House students. The only requirement is that participants have skied a minimum of 3 times in the past. Lessons are not available; however, there is the opportunity to rent equipment in advance.

While we would like to be able to bring everyone, these trips do fill up quickly. We will accommodate students on a first come, first serve basis. Names will then be added to a waiting list in the order that we receive them.

We have 3 ski nights scheduled for 2020:

Friday, January 17th  to Mont Bromont
Friday, February 7th  to Mont Saint-Sauveur
Friday, February 14th to Mont Bromont


Departure from Selwyn @ 2:50pm
Departure from the mountain around 9:45 p.m

Costs
The cost of each trip will be 60$.

This includes:
 Transportation to and from the mountain in a deluxe coach bus
 Lift ticket

* Rentals are available for an additional 22$
** If you would like to pick up your son/daughter from the hill you must indicate so on your permission form or give at least 48 hours notice by email to Ms.Morris morrisc@selwyn.ca  (you will still be responsible for the full transportation costs both ways)
*** If your son/daughter has a season pass, please indicate so on your permission form. You will only be charged for the transportation costs

The amount will be charged to your school account.

Refund Policy
If the school cancels the trip, we will refund the money in full to the students.

If a student is unable to come, we will refund only the cost of his lift ticket but keep the cost of the transportation.

** YOU MUST LET MS. MORRIS KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND**

All details and instructions of the event will be emailed to all participating students and their families in the week of the ski date outing.
